Summary
How our society perceives the topic of sex work depends heavily on how the media reports on it. The GSSG published tips on this topic back in 2013. It has also contributed to a joint project: The Professional Association of Erotic and Sexual Services (BesD) and the German Journalists' Association (DJV) presented a guide in September 2025. These " Tips for Media Professionals " are intended to support journalists who want to report objectively and sensitively on sex work or prostitution.
